With her construction knowledge, visual eye, and community awareness, Brenda Hernandez brings a fresh, collaborative approach to real estate. Houston born and raised, Brenda built haunted houses for thrills and chills before becoming a licensed agent in 2010. Additional experience working with many new home builds and remodels has given her the ability to determine a property’s integrity, which prevents discovering potential issues down the road. Brenda guides her clients throughout every phase of a remodel, from floor plans to finishes. She’s also the pivotal point person in each transaction, relied upon for her market proficiency and knowledge of what buyers want in a home. Because she keeps her ear always to the ground and employs the latest tech, market research, and business strategies, Brenda’s clients feel confident in knowing she takes the reins at every step of their journey.

A first-generation American and Latina, Brenda is proud to be creating a better life and future for her family and those around her. She’s involved in her local community association, where she helps improve the area for all residents.
